A few days ago The Bite restaurant was opened in Miasteczko Wilanów. The chef is here Kamil Kędzierski – known from Top Chef TV show. The Bite “bites” into modern Polish cuisine. The menu is divided into appetizers (veal liver with coffee and apple, pearl barley with smoked cheese, beef tails with beetroot and roasted hay), soups (beetroot cream, cabbage soup with veal rib), salads (lettuce with smoked goat’s cheese, salad with nuts, currant and beetroot), main courses (Złotnicka pork with pearl barley and oscypek cheese, pike perch with parsley and lettuce, sturgeon with leek and sour cream), desserts (rhubarb with buttermilk, goat’s cheese with thyme).
