Modarest is a new restaurant with modern Arabic cuisine, recently opened in Aleje Jerozolimskie. Chef Ouce invites you to classic dishes from Arabic countries like falafel, hummus, taboule, as less well-known dishes such as smoky sherat, ful that is paste from Egyptian bean or kofta tahini (grilled lamb chops with tahini). For streetfoodlovers they have sandwiches with falafel, lamb or fried aubergine with potatoes.
