Barka Wynurzenie (barge at the Vistula river) has just opened new summer season, offering guests a new food concept. In previous years you could eat here dishes from Munchies or Zbig Eatz. This year Kukpit with chef Marcin Kruk will be responsible for the kitchen. The menu of Kukbit bar includes buchty – steamed buns filled with various extras such as long stewed meat in herbs with red cabbage, oyster mushrooms with cucumber or bacon and apple. Kukpit offers also Asian meatballs or Indian chicken with French fries and pickled vegetables. You can also order here beer snacks such as potato chips with truffle salt, a mix of vegetables in beer tempura, beef tongues with hoi-sin sauce or duck stomachs with white chocolate and chilli.
