Restaurant Zoni was opened a few days ago in a former Koneser vodka factory in Praga. Aleksander Baron, a well-known chef from closed Solec 44, has become the chef here. Koneser already hosts the Museum of Polish Vodka. The cuisine of the Zoni Restaurant is meant to be Polish. The menu includes a five-course tasting menu for 190zł. A la carte menu includes starters (roe tartare, bacon from Mangalica with Tokay jelly, bone marrow with pickled radishes, Polish caviar on buckwheat blinis), soups (mutton soup, fish soup with smoked eel), main courses (fried pikeperch fillet, steak from aged beef), desserts (Warsaw honeycomb, calf brain mousse with vanilla and roasted butter).
