Bottega del Gusto is an Italian place opened at the end of last year on the premises of the former Ursus factory. It is a cafe, wine bar and delicatessen specializing in products from the Apennine Peninsula. The menu of the winery includes: buratta, beef carpaccio, caprese, Italian cheeses, cold meats plates, bruschetta, for example with tomato, porchetta or salads. Bottega del Gusto is also a cafe, we can come here to drink an espresso or eat Italian dessert such as cornetto, cannoli siciliani or tiramisu. In the summer season, the offer includes Italian ice cream or summer drinks. In the shop, we can buy food products imported directly from Italy, such as cheese, cold meats, pasta, sauces, olive oils and balsamic vinegars, wines and beverages. Except of wide range (over 300 labels) of Italian bottled wine, wine is also available on tap. The offer of the store is adapted to the season and holidays – in the winter you can buy panettone and pandoro, for the Easter colomba. The place has recently received the Eccellenze Italiane certificate given to cafes and restaurants around the world that use original Italian products. Bottega del Gusto regularly organizes culinary and cultural events such as concerts, wine tasting, culinary workshops and meetings with Italian language.
