White One Restaurant at Koszykowa 47 invites you to the next edition od signature’s tasting menu composed by chef Paweł Chomentowski. This time, the hero will be seafood. The five-course menu includes prawns with verbena, chilli, oranges and cointreau; Thai cream with seafood, tamarind, lemongrass; an oyster in a mignonette sauce or baked in tomatoes with young leek and coriander; sirloin of monkfish in a Provencal sauce with squid, mussel; mango sorbet, lime mousse, ginger cake with cardamom. The tasting menu is accompanied by Juve & Camps Xarello Essential, a sparkling mineral cava matched to the dishes by a restaurant sommelier. The menu will be available for one week only, until October 4, for PLN 130 for 5 dishes, PLN 235 for pairing with cava.
Except of the signature’s tasting menu, White One offers also a “white page” menu, to which the name of the restaurant refers. The white page is a surprise tasting. When ordering this offer, the guest only knows the number of dishes – seven – the rest is an element of surprise. In the restaurant, we will also have a la carte menu including various fish dishes – chef’s specialization.
