A new place for mixology enthusiasts was created at the back of the old tenement house at Koszykowa Street. BackRoom Bar opened in early October near restaurants White One and Na Bałkany. The place ambience refers to America in the 1930s, when American cocktail culture was born. Jazz, swing, art deco and cocktails. You will drink here classics like the famous Manhattan, Martinez or Last Word, as well as signature cocktails, inspired by the classics. The head of the bar is Urszula Trochimiak – the first woman in Poland in charge of the bar.
