PamPam restaurant has recently opened in Emilii Plater in the venue of the closed Dekagram restaurant. The chef of the new restaurant, Paweł Rumowski, previously worked in the Amber Room, the Westin Hotel and the Art Déco Restaurant in the Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel in Polanica Zdrój. The Pam Pam chefs use the Josper grill with a special charcoal mix. In the short menu you will find international standards, such as French style beef tartare with French fries or Waldorff salad. You can also eat here veal dumplings with spinach and onion confit, duck broth, mushroom risotto with amber cheese, artichokes and rabbit, duck breast with yellow beet, puree pumpkin, buckwheat and red wine sauce.
