Spianatoia in Italian means cake. It is also the name of a new pizzeria in Wola – Spianatoia Pizza and Wine, which was recently opened at Bryłowska Street. The restaurant specializes in Neapolitan-style pizza. We can choose a red pizza (with tomato sauce), white (with mozarella, ricotta or provolone) or green (with artichoke cream) with various Italian extras such as nduja piccante, prosciutto crudo, spianata or salami. In addition to pizza, the men features also foccacia and Italian desserts such as tiramisu and panna cotta.
