Żebra i kości – new for meat lovers at Poznanska St.

A new place for meat lovers was opened last week at Poznanska St. It’s called Żebra i kości (ribs and bones) and – as the name suggests – it specializes in ribs, slow-baked ones. The restaurant’s menu is divided into appetizers (including beef tartare with truffle powder, calf sweetbread with crispy boletus in brandy), soups (duck broth, żurek with boletus), main courses (grilled lamb chops, roasted sea bass), ribs and pork ribs (ribs in plum sauce, ribs in mushroom sauce, BBQ ribs with sweet potato fries), grilled charcoal steaks from dry seasoned beef (tomahawk with French fries, T-bone with roasted French potatoes), salads (Caesar).
