Marta Glinka 21 May 2019

New restaurant Bombaj Masala Indian Tapas & Bar has recently opened in the Koneser Centre in Praga. This is the third venue under the same brand, others operate at al. Jana Pawła II and Marynarska. The chef is Virendra Singh, an experienced chef who has worked for many years in the Bombaj Masala restaurants group. The new restaurant serves Indian cuisine in a modern way. This is the first restaurant in Warsaw serving Indian tapas, but we can also order here original breakfasts, specialties from the Tandoor oven and classic curries. In the Indian tapas menu we can find among others kachori, or cakes stuffed with spicy paste, dahi puri or crunchy balls stuffed with vegetables and yoghurt or fried onion balls. For breakfast, we can order among others bombayan eggs, naan with chicken and vegetables or fried Indian dumplings stuffed with lamb. There are also special dishes for vegans and vegetarians. In the evenings, the restaurant serves creative cocktails using Indian spices. On the sunny days, we can sit in the garden with a view of Koneser Square.
