Barka Wynurzenie this year invited for cooperation new culinary concept in this summer season – Makrell. This is the concept of a simple bar dishes inspired by Scandinavian culture and the “New-Nordic movement”. A culinary couple – Magda and Ariel Ziółkowski are responsible for the cuisine at Makrell. The specialty of the restaurant are fish dishes such as herring fries, grilled herrings, freshly smoked mackerel, baked pasta with fish or mackerel and matias sandwiches. We will also eat here classic Swedish meatballs, smorgas – open sandwiches on homemade pumpernickel, potato salad and waffles.
