Projekt 44 Restaurant is a new place by Józef Krawczyk, a restaurateur already known from places like Niewinni Czarodzieje 2.0 or the recently closed Warszawski Sznyt. The new restaurant is located at Złota 44 building, and you can find the entrance opposite to Złote Tarasy. Marcin Molik became the chef here. The place is opened from early morning to late evening. You will eat here for breakfast, among others an omelette with vegetables in miso, vegan poke bowl or white sausage with tomatoes, arugula, fried egg and a toast bread with cheddar. From 12:00 to 16:00 during week days Projekt 44 invites you to lunches. The standard menu includes starters and salads (e.g. octopus with saffron mayonnaise, deer carpaccio), soups (e.g. mutton broth), main courses (e.g. cacio e pepe, deer leg with Jerusalem artichoke and apricot chutney, catfish with smoked shrimp sauce), desserts (including dark chocolate mousse). The bar also has an interesting and wide offer. The head of the bar Łukasz Dębowski divided cocktails according to the way ice is served with them (ice blocks, crushed ice, cube ice, nitro – liquid nitrogen; and no ice).
