Meatology is a new place dedicated to meat. The creators of the place are Roman Kaszczuk, businessman and Andrzej Andrzejczak, a chef, meat expert. Meatologia is a meat shop and mini bistro in one. From Monday to Saturday you will buy here fresh meat for self-processing, meat ready to oven and meat baked in the venue, ready to eat. The meat sold here comes from controlled breeding of meat cows from Argentina, Australia and New Zealand. On site, at the mini bistro, you will eat a sandwich (500g) with different meat every day (e.g. roast beef, beef brisket), kohlrabi, homemade pickled cucumbers and their own slightly spicy herbal mayonnaise. Meatology is located in Miasteczko Wilanów, at Oś Królewska, opposite to Galeria Sezam (official address of Al. Rzeczpospolitej 18).
