Forty, a new restaurant recently opened in Fort Mokotów at Racławicka is a new place by the owners of Ale Wino restaurant and co-owners of the Kukułka pastry shop at Mokotowska. The chef of the restaurant is Daniel Uliczny. We will eat here among others herring with emulsion of smoked onion and algae, donut with chicken liver and quince or oyster mushroom in tempura with cabbage and emulsion Ras El Hanout. The menu also includes the whole farm chicken, zander with beans and mussels, a lamb shoulder, homemade pappardelle with goat cheese and mushrooms, and cauliflower with lentil hummus.
