Chwast Polski – Polish Vegan cuisine at Emilii Plater

Chwast Polski restaurant opened In December at Emilii Plater street. This is the second place by the owners of Chwast Food vegan burgers operating for several years at Waryńskiego. The new restaurant offers Polish cuisine in a vegan version. The menu includes żurek, tomato soup, pork chop (schobowy) with bigos and potatoes, kartacze with mushroom sauce, mince chops (mielone) with potatoes and beets, Russian dumplings with pork cracklings, or with cabbage and mushrooms.
