A new restaurant – Awat was opened in January at Żelazna Street. The new place specializes in Turkish cuisine. The menu features among others lentil soup, grilled eggplant with vegetables, beef with rice and grilled paprika, beef shawarma, falafel or hummus. The restaurant’s specialty is grilled meat: chicken, beef and lamb skewers served with various extras, e.g. tomatoes, hot peppers, onions, marinated vegetables and burgul, as well as grilled lamb chops, kofta and kebabs.
