The Botanist, a restaurant and bar serving plant cuisine opened in June at Ordynacka Street. All dishes are prepared without the use of animal ingredients. The menu is divided into small and large plates. Small plates are vegetable snacks – such as vegetables with dips, tacos with jackfruit, shiitake pate or tandoori cauliflowers. Large plates inlude among others cauliflower steak, poke bowl with tuna and watermelon, vegan burgers with jackfruit or beyond burger, or backed aubergine. The menu also includes home-made vegetable desserts. The Botanist is not only a restaurant, but also a bar with cocktails or vegan wine and prosecco.
