Nobu Hospitality is a chain of luxury hotels and restaurants founded by Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper. Nobu Hotel Warsaw was opened on 3rd of August with restaurant Nobu Warsaw. The Warsaw branch of Nobu is the 46th restaurant of the chain and so far the only one in Poland. The chef of Nobu Warsaw is Yannick Lohou, and Artemy Lopatin is responsible for sushi. The dishes on the menu are modern Japanese cuisine. It includes classic items known from all Nobu restaurants, such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeno, or New Style Sashimi. Menu includes also Japanese wagyu beef, Arctic Char with Shiso, Scallops with Yuzu Truffle, and Lobster Tempura. It is also possible to choose the Omakase tasting set in the Signature and Warsaw versions. There is also Nobu Cafe next to Nobu Warsaw, serving breakfast from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can choose from Japanese, Polish and French breakfast.
