At the end of July, the official opening of the Bydło i Powidło restaurant took place in Saska Kępa. The restaurant is located on Francuska Street, and its specialty is steaks, burgers and seafood. The menu includes such items as Hereford beef steaks, dry aged 60-120 days, Limousine, Wagyu and Black Angus beef, tuna sirloin, king prawns, as well as burgers and sandwiches. For steaks, you can order extras such as homemade fries (also in the version with grana padano and truffle oil), green beans or sauces: plum chimichurri, plum + walnut jam or pineapple + whiskey.
The new place in Saska Kępa is not the only place under this brand. The Bydło i Powidło restaurant has been operating since 2013 in Wola, at Kolejowa Street.
