Beef sirloin carpaccio is one of the most popular dishes in Warsaw restaurants. It would interesting to check if there are more Italian restaurants or those which serve beef carpaccio in Warsaw. Carpaccio can, however, be intriguing and not necessarily seen as a predictable standard starter. Today we recommend you five places where you can eat carpaccio slightly or very different from its basic form.
5 PLACES FOR INTERESTING CARPACCIO
Chianti – in its new Chianti menu after relaunch, there is an interesting carpaccio prepared by Chef Samuele Mariani. It is a Carpaccio of lamb with a salad of pickled eggplant in olive oil (42PLN).
Signature – in the autumn-winter Signature menu, Wojciech Kilian often used game meat. In case of carpaccio you can eat Carpaccio of wild boar loin marinated in red wine (33PLN)
Basico – in Miasteczko Wilanów, where kitchen is run by Adam Przybysz, fish carpaccio appears in the menu. This dish is not always available, but it’s worth to be ordered if you can find it on the list of proposals written on a blackboard. Carpaccio of tuna with salsa of capers and parsley (37PLN)
Concept 13 – On the top floor of a luxury department store Vitkac, the kitchen of Concept 13 is run by Dariusz Baranski. This season he also explores venison themes, carpaccio is served as Venison carpaccio (39PLN)
Bistro de Paris – Carpaccio can be also successfully served as a dessert. Looking for dessert representation of carpaccio, it’s worth to check desert menu of Bistro de Paris, where Michel Moran offers his impressive selection of desserts, among others Fresh pineapple as carpaccio, fresh thyme, lemon sauce (27PLN)
