Pasta Live Cooking at Cucina Popolare

Have you ever seen how to prepare spaghetti alla chitarra? This is Italian pasta, which is formed by cutting rolled-out dough with strings similar to guitar strings. You will be able to see it live this Thursday and Friday. The Italian restaurant Cucina Popolare organizes a pasta cooking show. Guests will be able to enjoy the original accessories and preparation technique of the Italian pasta maestro Daniele Zucaro from Apulia, who has been passionate about pasta for 20 years. On a huge pastry board, set in a restaurant, Daniele will for few hours knead, cut and mold pasta, which will result in Spaghetti alla chitarra with Parma ham and tomatoes (28PLN), Farfalle bicolore with ragout (24PLN), Tagliatelle nero di sepia with scallops and pesto (34PLN), Papardelle with duck (28PLN) Papardelle with mushrooms (30PLN), Ravioli with ricotta and spinach (26PLN), Ravioli with lamb flavored with truffle (28PLN), Ravioli del plin with veal in a butter and sage (28PLN), Scialiatelli with swordfish sauce in Neapolitan sauce (28PLN).
