NEO(N) BISTRO is a pop-up restaurant that will be opened every Thursday in September at the Warsaw Night Market. Each week a different chef will serve his signature dinner. On September 3, Mateusz Stasikowski – the chef of Żywa Kuchnia restaurant will invite you to a vegetarian feast. The second dinner, on September 10, is dedicated to Ramen from Kohei Yagi in collaboration with Shiso Ramen. Next Thursday, on September 17, NEO (N) BISTRO will be taken over by Piotr Wójcik, the chef of Koneser Grill restaurant, who will serve the dishes on fire, and on September 24, we will have the opportunity to try Japanese street food dishes prepared by Michał Kostrzewa from Sushiya from Kielce.
