Bavette is a new butcher shop, which opened in the second half of March in the residential building on Burakowska street (approx. three hundred meters from the well known Mielżyński wine bar). Store name comes from the flank steak, which in Warsaw was popularized by the restaurant Butchery & Wine. In the shop you can buy lamb, pork, poultry, veal and beef. Meat is sourced directly from breeders and producers. There you can purchase beef – also seasoned – coming from such races as Hereford, Siementaler, Salers, Limousine. The shop offers among others sirloin, entrecote, roast beef, ribeye, tomahawk steak, T-bone etc.
