Fokim offers a unique treat for all fans of good food. Every Sunday (starting with this one) Marysia Przybyszewska will serve brunch in Fokim. In the past Marysia worked in Sto900, Chłodna25, Bar Studio, Pewnego Razu Cafe. She also went for an internship in Noma in Copenhagen. Marysia is famous in Warsaw for its vegetarian breakfasts. Recenlty she is fascinated with Asian cuisine, and will serve such brunches in Fokim on Sundays. In the menu on 23rd Oct you will find, among others, Thai fried rice with carrots, kohlrabi + poached egg and coriander and spring onions, banh xeo (Vietnamese rice flour pancakes with coriander and coconut milk), Indonesian pancakes with banana and coconut.
