Pałaszowanie is a small bar that opened in Plac Zbawiciela next to the Methodist chapel entrance and close to the famous Charlotte. Pałaszowanie – which is reflected also in its logo – specializes in sandwiches and zapiekanka (Polish open face grilled sandwiches). You’ll find there, among others, sandwich with roast beef, mimolette cheese, pickled cucumber and green salad, pulled pork with roasted pork, salad and coriander and a sandwich with avocado, egg spread, mango and Thai chili sauce. Zapiekanka come in two sizes of 25 and 50 cm. You can order eg. Klasyczna – with cheese, mushrooms and sauce, Robotnicza – with cheese, sausage, onions, peppers and pickled cucumber or Trzy Sery – with cheese, cranberry jam and basil.
