Polot is a new restaurant specialized in Polish cuisine opened in Żoliborz, at the renovated car wash a couple of days ago. The restaurant is located next to SAM Żoliborz and newly opened Italian Fatto a Mano, which belongs to the same owners. The menu, which will regularly change features among others guinea fowl broth, goose stomachs, dumplings with lamb or cabbage and mushrooms, duck leg or wild boar stew. As amouse bouche we can try homemade pickles. Polot has also prepared a special kids menu, where we can find among others dumplings, pizza, burger or colourful pasta with bolognese sauce.
