Oriental Wege Bazar will be organised on Sunday, 28th of January in Medyka student club in Oczki street. Visitors will be able to try on the spot (or buy to take away) various vegan and vegetarian dishes originating mainly from Asia. Exhibitors will sell spices, vegan products and vegan cook books. There will opportunity to try vegan hot dogs, Indian cuisine desserts and traditional dishes, Japanese gyoza dumplings, spring rolls, tortillas with falafel and mango, rice with ingredients typical for Persian cuisine, juices with ginger or turmeric, halva, vegan sushi…
Chef Piotr Henschke will deliver Vegan Wok culinary shows and present how to prepare miso soup (at 1 pm), coconut milk Thai soup (at 2 pm) and rice Cantonese style with tofu (at 3 pm).
