Vegan Spring is the name of the March edition of Wege Bazar. It will take place on Sunday, March 25th at the Medyka student club in Oczki Street. Easter will be only one week later, so it will be a good opportunity to do a vegan shopping for the festive table as organizers announced availability of vegan mazurkas, mayonnaises and tartar sauces. On the spot you will be able to taste and buy to take away such products of vegetable cuisine as eg. vegan burgers, falafels, dumplings with various stuffings, Turkish delight, jams, ice cream, sushi, crispy pickles, cakes (also gluten free, sugar-free and lactose-free), fruit cheesecakes, Indian dishes, vegetable cutlets, pies and pastes. Books on the vegan diet and recipes for vegetable cuisine will also be available.
Healthy vegan Easter desserts workshops will be held during the event.
