Szpula Smaków is a new restaurant in Wola. The place offers “patchwork” cuisine meaning mixture of Polish cuisine with Japanese and French influences. The short menu is divided into parts: initiations, soup, main courses, set of flavors, refreshments and warm-ups. You can eat here, among others, Lining – a salad of marinated bell peppers and lamb’s lettuce with nuts and feta cheese; Made to measure – beef rib with potatoes and red cabbage; Boat neck – breast of a farm chicken with pumpkin and chicory. Szpula Smaków also offers a set of flavors – a 6-course tasting menu.
