Lokalna Bistronomia, a new bistro with Polish cuisine, was recently opened in Praga, at Nieporęcka St., in the former venue of Konsulat Praettigau. The menu created by the chef Krzysztof Chełchowski features among others tripe Warsaw style, żurek on smoked bacon, pork Warsaw style or herring in linseed oil. We can also eat flour based dishes such as dumplings with a cheek, Silesian dumplings or Russian dumplings. For the main course, we can also order a pork chop with fried cabbage and mashed potatoes, duck leg with Silesian dumplings, chicken or cod.
