Latający talerz runs tomorrow a workshop on Aphrodisiacs Flavors – how brilliantly compose dishes with spices that have seducing properties. The organizers provide a theoretical and practical part as well as joined tasting. The workshop is targeted to people with different levels of cooking abilities. Aphrodisiacs Flavors will be lead by Jacek Czarnecki, a graduate of the Culinary Academy in Sydney, who spent last 28 years in Australia, where he cooked among others for Australian National team for the summer Olympic Games in Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004. The program includes among others Carrot soup based on coconut milk with the ginger, coriander and nutmeg. Contribution: 199 zł / person, the number of participants is limited to 12.
