Nice list. Warsaw does have some amazing elegant restaursnts for fine dining. One of my favourites (apart form those listed there) is the Akademia Restaurant. It is a nice, elegant restaurant with delicious Polish food in modern version. I love going there with my wife every time we visit Warsaw.
