Summer menu in Soul Kitchen

Soul Kitchen invites us to try the tastes of the summer.  Chantarelles, beans, fruits and salads are the highlights of the seasonal menu. Soup menu includes chantarelles soup with ice creams made of goat cheese, among main courses you will find dumplings with beans, chantarells and sheep cheese and codfish  with syrop made from pine shoots. In the menu there are also some interesting desserts  including seasonal fruit and meringue and fluffy cheesecake with white chocolate and lavender juice.
