As it already was announced by Warsaw Foodie, today at noon a new restaurant SALTO was opened. The first Polish Top Chef Martin Gimenez Castro is Executive Chef here. SALTO restaurant is placed in boutique hotel Rialto at the corner of Wilcza and Plater Streets. The menu features Martin’s signature dishes with strong influences of Argentinean and Spanish cuisine. On weekends, a special steak menu will be available. Steaks are a Chef’s specialty. Previously, Martin Gimenez Castro was, inter alia, Chef at restaurants Argentina and Hoza to Mondovino.
