Singer’s Warsaw Festival will be accompanied this year by Culinary Festival “Mama Sonia’s Cuisine” with Maciej Nowak as its head. The festival starts today and will last until Sunday, 4th September. You can participate in workshops and lectures on, among others, Israeli kosher wines, challah preparation, bagels baking or dishes or Sabbath dishes. Restaurants and bars around Grzybowski Square prepared for the occasion special dishes inspired by Jewish cuisine. You will be able to try, among others, bagels, shakshouka, chulent, gefilte fish, Passover, hummus, Israeli wines, herring Jewish style and cast your vote in the poll for the best dish. Each dish will be also judged by jury with the participation of Golda Tencer and Maciej Nowak. The results of the poll, and the verdict of the jury will be announced on Sunday, September 4 at. 3 pm on the patio of the Cosmopolitan building.
