Already announced by us a few weeks ago Kieliszki na Hozej was opened on Saturday. Kieliszki na Hożej is the second place of owners of Kieliszki na Próżnej, and the fourth, which benefits from the experience of Daniel Pawełek (Butchery and Wine, Brasserie Warszawska). The Chef of this new place is Dawid Balana, the only Polish graduate of the prestigious Alan Ducasse school in Paris. New Kieliszki obviously have an extensive wine list selected by Paweł Demianiuk – more than 200 indexes available by bottles and glasses. The menu features, among others, potato sausage, pate in pastry, duck croquettes with giblets and rural chicken with potatoes.
