ELIXIR Restaurant with new menu

Joanna Mróz 16 December 2016

ELIXIR Restaurant at Dom Wódki offers “Polish cuisine told differently.” The place focusing on the modern interpretation of the classic Polish recipes has just introduced a new menu. Like the previous one it is based on regional products and food pairing with high-grade alcohol. You will find nearly 500 kinds of spirits from all around the globe at Dom Wódki. Chef Michał Tkaczyk in his new menu offers, among others, duck with apple strudel and roasted celery puree with rowanberry sauce (paired with Żubrówka Black for the opening and Finlandia Redberry to close), de vollaile with white truffle, green peas and cauliflower (with Ogiński Vodka for the opening and Belvedere Unfiltred to close), pork knuckle (with Extra Żytnia to open and Ketel One to close), and for dessert – a plum in chocolate with paired Regional Plum Vodka. The great standards of ELIXIR Restaurant – such as herring in szuba, pork legs in aspic or żurek – were kept at the new menu, and as per guests requests momemade pork patty are back.
