Slow Market Day and Slow Market Night is a spring-summer weekend culinary market located on the left bank of the Vistula river next to the Plac Zabaw club near the Świętokrzyski Bridge and the Copernicus Science Center metro station. You can try here dishes prepared on the stands by restaurants, bars, foodstrucks. Exhibitors may vary from weekend to weekend and between day and night. You can find here Spanish tapas, Brazilian BBQ, Polish dumplings, Thai ice cream, hamburgers, souvlaki, burritos, hummus, falafels. Slow Market Day can be visited on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm until 8 pm and the Slow Market Night – on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 pm until 4 am.
