Ukim is a new Asian restaurant recently opened in Chłodna street. The name of the place has two meanings – “U” means mother in Vietnamese and recipes come from mother’s Kim kitchen. In the first menu, which is supposed to change soon, we will find, among others, pho soup with various extras, spring rolls, udon noodle, thai soups: tom kha and tom yum, pad thai and mien with various extras, as well as shrimps and mussels in various sauces. There are also dishes for vegetarians such as pak choy fried in oyster sauce, tofu in tomato sauce or with Thai vegetables.
