The Vegan Deli is the February edition of Wege Bazar organised on Sunday, Feb 25th at Medyka student club in Oczki Street. It is an opportunity to check out the taste of various dishes of vegetable cuisine and to buy vegan products. The organizers have announced, among others availability of vegan cheeses, various kinds of dumplings with vegetable stuffing, spring rolls, veg burgers and hot dogs, Asian sweet snacks, soups in edible cups, vegan sushi, Georgian bread with vegetable pastes based on peppers and tomatoes. You will be able to buy various jams, Indian sweets, oils, organic vegetables and fruits, vegetable chops and pates as well as millet cheesecakes. There will be also a variety of books on the vegan diet and with recipes of vegetable cuisine.
The ideal warm-up on a frosty Sunday will be a non-alcoholic mulled hot drink sold on one of the stands.
