LAS is a new cocktail bar and restaurant opened last weekend in Powiśle, in a former venue of Solec 44 restaurant. The creators of the new place are the owners of Grunt i Woda. The head chef of the restaurant is Anna Klajmon, former head of the restaurant Grunt i Woda and Bistro Z, as well as participant of one of the Top Chef’s editions. The LAS serves Polish cuisine adjusted to the seasons, with dishes prepared from local products. The restaurant menu includes chicken broth, beef tripes with meatballs, sandwich with mett, tartare, paprikash from Szczecin. We can also eat here dumplings with buckwheat groats and mushrooms, dumplings with a beef tail, Silesian dumplings with pumpkin or meat stewed in red wine. A special menu was also prepared for children. Bigger children will eat here, among others flatbread with cheese, tomato and herbs, dumplings with blueberries, fish meatballs, chicken or tomato soup. The youngest ones can have baby carrot and potato mousse, baked apple or vegetable soup with poultry.
