Goose meat is a hero of the new seasonal menu, which was recently launched in the White One restaurant at Koszykowa Street 47. Chef Paweł Chomentowski created a signature tasting menu with goose in 7 different dishes. Details of the seasonal menu, is not fully revealed to guests to surprise them. The restaurant only reveals that they will be able to taste roast goose broth, confit goose with salsify, foie gras with caramelized challah and breast with roasted cranberry. Dishes with goose will also be available a la carte. Goose be accompanied by quince, sea buckthorn, dogwood, bird cherry, beetroot, rutabaga or apple with pear. It will also be possible to order the entire goose. Goose dishes will be paired with young wine from Polish vineyards (Ktesy Vineyard, Turnau, Wieliczka).
