A week ago, a new restaurant Rico was opened in Wola at Jana Pawła II St. It serves tex-mex cuisine, and its chef is Krzysztof Lech, known so far, among others from award-winning restaurant Nabo in Sadyba. Rico’s menu features appetizers (including a grilled corn with a chipotle mayonnaise, jelapeno peppers with cream cheese and cheddar), soups (chilli con carne, corn cream soup), burritos (including with beef, with chicken cajun), colorful tacos (including beef fajita, chicken, and falafel), quesadilla (including chorizo, or vegetarian with sweet potato, feta and spinach), sandwiches and burgers, shrimps, grilled dishes (among others beef sirloin, BBQ pork ribs), salads (with a grilled bavette steak, with paprika hummus) and desserts (including churros with chocolate sauce). In addition to food, Rico also has a full alcohol list with strong spirits, signature cocktails and wine.
