Gruby Josek, a new restaurant specialized in Warsaw cuisine, opened at Elektoralna Street. The name of the restaurant refers to the nickname of Józef Ładowski, a Warsaw restaurateur in the 1920s and 1930s, the hero of the popular ballad “Bal u Joska”. The concept, decor and menu of the restaurant also refer to Warsaw from the interwar period. We’ll eat here appetizers such as herring, crayfish, tartar or kidneys. The menu also includes potato cake, sturgeon, lamb, as well as a special menu for children. For those who want to try more dishes during one visit a 7-course tasting menu has been prepared.
