Kongresówka is a new restaurant opened a few days ago in Krucza Street in the premises that previously housed Zmiana Klimatu. They define their kitchen as an uncommon one (niepospolita), and an important part of the menu are offal dishes. You may eat here, among others a veal brain with an eggs, Polish sour soup on lungs with duck egg, dumplings with veal lungs, or a grilled veal heart steak. The menu also features among others crayfish in butter, ostrich steak, fried herring testes on potato pancake, deer steak or artichoke baked with crayfish necks.
