On Saturday, January 5, a new series of events, “Old Warsaw Night Life“, organized at the Aurelio restaurant at Świętokrzyska St., will be launched. During Saturday evenings you will be able to see how the night life of pre-war Warsaw looked like and taste the cocktails prepared for this occasion by bartender Bartosz Paluszkiewicz according to recipes from Polish books from 1930s. Bartosz – passionate about the history of Polish bartending and collector of cocktail shakers – will also present his rich collection. During the event you will be able to try Warsaw onion soup, as well as other dishes from the Aurelio menu card including dishes referring to the theme of the event such as tatar, żurek, pork loin with lard or apple pie. The event will be accompanied by a mix of old and modern music. Admission to the event is free, and each guest will receive a gift.
