Challenge ’32 restaurant located in the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, which celebrated its first birthday last week, has just introduced a new menu. The chef of the restaurant is Andrzej Bryk, who gained his experience in five-star hotels in Poland and abroad. His passion is to discover old Polish recipes and treat them as inspiration for creating his cuisine. In the Challenge ’32 restaurant, he offers guests Polish cuisine in a new, modern version. The new menu includes, among others, cream of crayfish with fennel and caviar, deer carpaccio, salad of crayfish necks and young spinach, cauliflower and radishes. For the main course, we can order, among others roasted lamb from Sudety (Polish Mountains), confit duck breast with cabbage and elderberry mousse or tuna steak with salad and roasted nuts. New menu features also some interesting dishes for vegetarians.
The restaurant is also known by its convenient location for passengers traveling from the Chopin Airport in Okęcie. Thanks to the location opposite terminal A, you can eat in it before departure or immediately after landing from early morning (from 5:00) until late evening (until 23:00). It is also an interesting option for organizing a lunch or business meeting, which you can arrange, among others in a special private dining room.
