New restaurant with Polish cuisine – Mazowiecka was opened in the former venue of Fat Buddha at Mazowiecka street. The restaurant specializes in cuisine inspired by the pre-war flavors of Mazovia and Kurpie. The chef of the restaurant is Paweł Perkowski, formerly chef in Foccaccia and Fat Buddha Warsaw. The menu is dominated by game dishes such as: deer carpaccio, deer tartare, deer cabbage roll, bigos with game, roe-deer loin, stewed boar, boar pork loin, boar chop. In addition to game, we will eat here, among others tomato carpaccio, marinated herring, regional cheeses, potato guts, żurek, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, zander, sturgeon or lamb shank.
