The seventh edition of the Culinary Book Fair organized annualy by Marta Gessler and Qchnia Artystyczna will take place on July 19-21 at Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Zamek Ujazdowski in Warsaw. This year’s edition will be dedicated to culinary travels. At the fair, you will be able to buy culinary books from various publishing houses, as well as meet culinary travelers, restaurateurs, chefs, book authors, and journalists who will take part in panels dedicated to travel in search of good food. The panelists will include Agata Wojda, Marta Gessler, Marta Dymek, Monika and Jan Pawlak, Katarzyna Meller, Magdalena Kasprzyk-Chevriaux, Jarosław Dumanowski, Marcin Kręglicki, Joanna Jakubiuk, Maia Sobczak, Olga Badowska, Małgorzata Minta. During the fairs there will be also attractions for children.
